TORTA DE CARNE Y VERDURAS
Tiempo de Preparación: 90 minutos
Ingredientes:
12 onzas de harina de maíz
1 pimentón
10 onzas de puré de tomate
10 onzas de agutí molida
1 cebolla
Verduras de su gusto (habichuela, zanahoria)
1 ají picante (opcional)
3 cucharadas de aceite
sal y pimienta al gusto
Procedimiento:
Calentar el aceite en una sartén, sofreir el ají picante, la cebolla y el pimentón , y después agregar la carne de agutí. Añadir el puré de tomate, salpimentar y dejar que se cocine por unos 10 minutos.
Preparar la salsa cociendo la harina de maíz en un litro y medio de agua con sal por 1/2 hora.
Engrasar un molde de hornear, extender una capa de la masa de harina de maíz, luego otra de carne de agutí con las verduras y cubrirlas con otra capa de harina de maíz. Si desea puede espolvorear con queso parmesano. Colocarlo en el horno precalentado a 200ºC (400ºF) por unos 30 minutos.
